As a user of V9 or V9.1 of AgentOffice Real Estate Software,
you are entitled to a FREE UPDATE to the Vista Compatible
v.10. This update is now available for DOWNLOAD.
We took the time to notify each of our entitled clients
personally by email. If you didn't get your email,
please follow the instructions below. As long as you
own AgentOffice v.9 or v9.1 - regardless of who you
purchased it from, you are able to get your free update
here.

Downloading your Software
1.
Click on
the following link –
www.realtystar.com/AODownloads/AgentOfficev10.exe
- and save the file to your Desktop. Double-click on the
AgentOfficev10.exe icon.
2.
The file will self-extract to
C:\Downloads\AgentOffice and begin installing.
3.
PLEASE NOTE: Windows Vista requires your data
to be saved in My Documents. It is necessary to accept the
“move data” file as recommended.
4.
Phone
1-800-996-6547
and press 0 to get through to the manufacturer’s TECHNICAL
SUPPORT department. Have your SERIAL NUMBER ready, and give
them that along with your NAME.
5.
Tell them
you have downloaded your free V.10 update, as entitled and
ask them give you your new v.10 INSTALLATION CODE.
You are not required to renew Technical Support for this.
Please come back to us if you have any difficulties at all,
or if you want to renew your support.
6.
Copy the contents of C:\Downloads\AgentOffice
to a CD labeled AgentOffice V10. You can use the CD for new
installs and for Upgrades on other computers. Write your
serial number and your new V.10 installation code on the CD
jacket so you have it available for future installs.
How do I migrate to a Vista PC?
1.
Upgrade
AO on your Windows XP machine.
2.
Backup
AgentOffice.
3.
Install
v10 on the Vista PC
4.
Restore
the data.
How
do I Upgrade?

Ensure that any “Remote” copied are “Checked In”.

Install the Upgrade on the computer that contains the
AgentOffice data.

Install the upgrade on all other computers.

Create “Checkout” copies for all remote computers.
